Your right on with this post… successful entrepreneurs are all about getting things done.

One thing that I have found helpful is to make sure that the tasks I write down are as simple as possible. I don’t mean easy. I mean so small that I don’t have to think too much about doing them.

For example, instead of “record new video”… I’ll break it down to its simpler parts: “brainstorm video idea”, “write down main points of video”, “prepare equipment for recording”, “record video”, “edit video”, etc.

This might seem like a lot, but its easier for your brain to wrap around these single, simple tasks rather than the big task “record new video”. And, I can complete a single task without having to complete the entire process. Less reason to procrastinate, and visible progress toward my goals.
