Staying The Course To Achieve Your Dreams

Thanks so much for coming back to my blog! If you haven't done so yet, please sign up for my newsletters to receive updates and valuable information.
There are times when we feel overwhelmed by all that we are doing in our quest to see our goals and dreams come to fruition. We even find ourselves wondering WHY we even started in the first place and WHY do we keep going despite setbacks, defeatist comments from well-meaning friends and even self-defeating internal chatter from our egos.
Having these moments of self-doubt about what you are doing is COMPLETELY NORMAL–the key is to remember WHY you started on your path to greatness in the first place, then you can brush yourself off and get right back on that bike and keep going until you reach your destination. You will realize, in the end, that IT WAS ALWAYS WORTH IT!
I would love to know what your thoughts are on this subject, so please feel free to add a comment below.

Heather,
You really hit on some great pionts about being overwhelmed and having self doubts. this is the stuff most people don’t want to share. They want to say how easy it is to make money online.
It can get easier as we pay our dues and learn how to leverage systems and social media. But it does take time and it does take work.
Thanks for sharing the truth. You are leading by example!

Awesome message Heather! I think so often we tear ourselves down and don’t even realize how much we are LEARNING and GROWING!
We’ve got to learn to give ourselves credit for our accomplishments and continue to set goals as we go. Network marketing is definitely a lifelong learning process and I think it is kind of silly that anyone would expect to go from knowing nothing to be a ‘guru’ within months… it takes time, it’s not easy, but it’s sooo worth it!
Keep rocking your amazing thoughts!

Heather, great video. You don’t know how good it is to hear someone else say that they have had doubts too. But you are right it is well worth pushing for your dreams.

Heather,
Great post my friend…I hear you on the little kids thing. They take so much time, effort, energy but they are for so many of us the WHY that keeps us going. And yes I can completely relate, late at night is when I do much of my work (just like right now) but the payoffs will someday be huge. Thanks for all you add to the greater community.
Keep up the awesome work,

Hi Heather,
It is amazing how much our kids can help us to stop making excuses for why we can’t do things.
I know I was in 3 different companies trying my best to become successful.
The think that made the biggest difference for me was having a coach and a system that was proven and really worked.
When I started my 4th company (don’t laugh) my wife started crying and told me it was time to get a real job.
I told her this was different.
18 months later my residual income was $12,000+/month and since then I have earned millions.
Yea I was “that guy” when I got started…Now I’m “that guy” who made it!
Keep chargin’ after your dreams!
You have a choice so, make it a better than terrific day!

It really is about creating that bigger

Every morning, the first thing I do is remind myself of what I need to do that day, and the reason WHY I need to do it. Then, at the end of the day, I plan what I will do the next day and again remind myself WHY I need to do it. Usually, focusing on my ultimate goals helps me to enjoy the daily work that sometimes gets kind of boring.
I think we’ve all had those moments where we moan and groan and wonder why the heck we started going after some goal… indecision, doubt, fear all creep in. Its the people, like you, who remember their reasons and believe in those reasons. Those are the people that will keep going, and will eventually achieve their dreams!

Hi Heather! Great to meet you! We are FB friends, but this is the first time I’m visiting your blog. This is such a great message and we all need to remember that what we do is a choice! We could just quit! The goals, especially children really make it worthwhile!
You are right…..we all get discouraged, but if we just keep going, it is worth it!

Nancy
