		<description>Heather,

Good post. You have capture it and people really need to take this message to heart. I did a video yesterday and when I played it back I thought, man I look fat. Then I did a video about people overcoming their fear of what other people think of them doesn&#039;t matter. I think we would all like to be perfect but in the end, it&#039;s never going to happen.

We must strive to become the best person we can but, that&#039;s it. And always keep in mind &quot;we are human.&quot;

Thanks for sharing!

To Your Continual Success!
Dave and (Dawn)

<description>It&#039;s the old ready, fire, aim approach. One needs to start doing in order to perfect it (possibly) by trial and error. not the other way around.

If we wait to have everything perfect, we would never get anything done. Thanks for sharing.

I struggled with this issue for a long time in my career but once I jumped in with both feet, i never looked back.

<description>Perfectionism is one of the greatest causes of perceived failure. It is, in most circumstance, virtually unattainable. But more importantly... it is just unnecessary.

It leads to procrastination through the fear of not being able to get something perfect. It leads to berating oneself because the result was not perfect. It leads to stress and anxiety as you try to get it all perfect.

Thanks for reinforcing the message that being imperfect is OK!

<description>Great post Heather! So many of us are sabotaged by our desires to be perfect in all that we do and are. When we accept that perfection is an illusion, and strive to learn from our errors and imperfections, growth is accomplished.

The way I see it, we&#039;re constantly in motion - either moving ahead or digressing backwards. When we see our errors and failures as opportunities to learn and move forward, our journey is as it should be.

I&#039;m so happy to be sharing my journey with you, and believe we are truly on the path to freedom, truth, and endless light!

Namaste,
Kathy J

<description>Heather thank you for sharing this!

I really think that in an attempt to achieve perfection we often hold ourselves back because we are afraid to make a mistake. I agree with you that it is &#039;ok&#039; to be your own unique, creative, non-perfect self.

It is important that we learn to grow and stretch with each failure because we may likely bounce back and achieve even greater success than we initially thought.

Love your thoughts on this topic! Thank you for sharing!

Unlimited love and creativity,

Amanda
