Hi Heather,

Great video! I also find using video is a great way to spill the beans with what you want to share with your viewers.

I found that writers block was more of a problem with me in the first few months of my blogging efforts. Now I keep tripping over new ideas that spark ideas of blog posts and content that I do not have enough time to pursue every one of them. (plus finding the time to delve into them is also a task)

When I have a friend or business partner that has needed my help then I enjoy doing a blog post and video about the problem hoping that more people may find the post and benefit from it too.

Thanks for the tips!

Heather,

Great advice on the path of an entrepreneur! Without passion the committment will be lacking to get one to the next level of success.

Great post!!

I think it was perfectly fitting for this day in age as everyone is going through such major ships in their lives and are finally listening to their intuition! We all needed this tips and steps, thank you!

@Karen: OOH! I'll definitely have to add that book to my reading list. Thanks for the recommendation, Karen!

And you are absolutely right--we're so set in our heads that *giving up* is a sign of failure; however, with that line of thinking, we don't realize the valuable lessons learned along the way.

As Edison is so often quoted as saying: "I have not failed. I have found 10,000 ways that won't work." :-)

Another good book on this one is Mental Traps. A major mental trap is persistence (not to be confused with perserverance) which leads to that whole 'I've started so I'll finish' mindset that keeps us plugging away at things we're not enjoying because we think if we don't see it through we've 'wasted' the time we've already invested. Time spent in the learning process is rarely wasted. We can almost always apply what we've learned during the 'failed' project to the next one.

Mind power too is implied in visualization, planning and action. I like the way you spelled everything out so clearly. Gratitude and the more spiritual side seems to work wonders. Great stuff. Geoff, Perth
